Ciara Celebrates Her 23rd Birthday With Her Billboard ‘Woman of The Year’ Award!!

Not only was yesterday Ciara’s 23rd birthday, but she also attended the 3rd Annual Billboard Women in Music Breakfast at the St. Regis Hotel, in New York City. They honored her with this year’s ‘Woman of the Year’ award, which recognizes success as a recording artist and leadership in embracing the changing music business.
Unfortunately, Ciara told the audience that she will release her upcoming record in 2009, which means it has been “pushed back” from it’s previous Fall 2008 date. She also spoke about her dance company and recent deal with Wilhemina Models.
Speaking of models — Ciara looks every bit a stunning model, in these pics. She arrived to the event donning an uber-fashionable fitted white blazer, black bustier dress, and Balenciaga’s Fall 2008 Escarpin Booties. And, the vintage hair-do def adds a plus!
