Best of 2009: Biggest Trend – Open-Toe Booties

Open-toe booties; everywhere you turned, someone was sporting a pair. The trend first reared it’s head back in ‘07, with only a few celebs like SJP and Lindsay Lohan embracing them. Then in ‘08, others like Solange and Keri Hilson proved to be fans as well. But, it wasn’t until this year that pretty much every celeb you could think, whether black, white, young, or old, started rocking them as well.
