Open-toe booties; everywhere you turned, someone was sporting a pair. The trend first reared it’s head back in ‘07, with only a few celebs like SJP and Lindsay Lohan embracing them. Then in ‘08, others like Solange and Keri Hilson proved to be fans as well. But, it wasn’t until this year that pretty much every celeb you could think, whether black, white, young, or old, started rocking them as well.

Love love love Cassie here, in this printed satin dress, which features a plunging neckline. She added a yellow clutch, and printed blue open-toe booties. She looked fab, and I also love how her hair is styled — it’s definitely softens the edgy shaved ‘do. Love Cassie.

Last night, at the 2009 TCA Summer Tour All Star Party, 90210 actress Annalynne McCord arrived wearing  a belted Alica + Olivia dress, matched with black ruffle-front peep-toe sandals. The pleated two-tone frock has also been spotted on fashionistas Amber Tamblyn and Khloe Kardashian. Khloe wore hers last month, unbelted, with open-toe Giuseppe Zanotti ankle booties; while Amber sported her back in June with black stockings and patent leather YSL pumps.

* At first glance, I didn’t like Khloe’s unbelted look, but it has grown on me — with the help of those fab GZ’s. BUT, I think Annalynne wins it for me — mainly because I think the shoes and hair are a perfect match for it.

This year’s UK Glamour Women Of The Year Awards was held on Tuesday night @ Berkeley Square Gardens in London, England. Singer Estelle arrived wearing a white and black Stella McCartney Spring 2009 dress and Nicholas Kirkwood peep-toe pumps. Model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley always looks her best at every red carpet appearance. She wore head-to-toe Gucci Fall 2009. Actress Becki Newton looked fab in a pearl string detailed black strapless dress and black heels. Model Alexa Chung, who’s set to host her own show on MTV, was one of my fave dressed on the carpet that night. She wore a nude dress and black and white Chanel open-toe booties.

Other well-dressed celebs at this event include Fearne Cotton, Katy Perry, Abigail Clancy, and Amanda Seyfried.

Celebrity Blogger, Perez Hilton, celebrated his 31st birthday over the weekend. The party, which was held at The Viper Room in West Hollywood, was a star-studded event. Paris Hilton has NEVER looked this good to me! Everything from her cute banged-bob ‘do to her fingerless gloves and studded booties look great! Amanda Bynes wore a pretty pink sleeveless dress, Chanel purse, and YSL pumps. Robin Antin was also there wearing a very cute hairstyle, chain-strap purse, latex leggings, a black blazer, and peep-toe pumps. Ashley Tisdale showed up looking fab in an ALC motorcycle jacket, white torn denim, and open-toe ankle booties. Also on the list: Kim Kardashian, Aubrey O’Day, Heidi Montag + Spencer Pratt, Emmy Rossum, Tara Reid, and socialite Brittny Gastineau.
