Tuesday night’s Angel Ball 2009, hosted by Denise Rich, was held at Cipriani Wall Street in NYC. The ball, which was held to benefit Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation, brought out some very well dressed stars. Is it obvious that the girls of Fashionista101.com are crazy about Rachel Roy? — We are! My compadré, Ondrea, attended Rachel Roy’s introduction of her fusion line @ Macy’s Herald Square, while I was over in SoHo at Rachel’s Pop-Up Store event. We received a special invite to her MEDIA-ONLY pre-release event the day before, and couldn’t resist coming back the next day for more. The pop-up store, which is basically a temporary store location at 111 Spring St in SoHo, NYC, will only be open for ten days [Sept. 10 - 20], so be sure to visit and check out the store. If you can’t make it, Rachel’s pieces from this collection are available exclusively at Macy’s stores, and on their website.

Last night, at the American Museum of Natural History in NYC, Louis Vuitton celebrated the 40th anniversary of the lunar landing. In celebrating the landing day, LV has produced what is called the ‘Malle Mars’ trunk. The custom-made luggage opens up to expose a difference of compartments, armored with every kinds of expanse requirements for a activate to Mars, substance medication, tools and pharmaceuticals drawers, holiday wares, shelves for tableware nonnegative a folding loaf lead for leisurely views of Mother Earth from the stars.

Celebs to attend the event included Whitney Port, Cassie, Miranda Kerr, Jessica Szhor, and Estelle. I think they all looked fab, and Cassie’s cut suprisingly didn’t turn me off! I actually thought it was cute. You’ll see she had her barber etch a design in it…

+ Blake Lively - Blake looked amazing at a recent ‘Burberry Day’ event, wearing head-to-toe Burberry Prorsum Spring 2009. The ruched-strap heels are my fave.
+ Leighton Meester - As one of the night’s presenters at the MTV Movie Awards, Leighton looked absolutely fab in this black cut-out Emilio De La Morena dress. She paired it with Brian Atwood eggplant-colored booties.
+ Briana Evigan - Briana’s black skinnies and metallic striped jacket combo were a hit at the LA premiere of The Hangover.

This year’s UK Glamour Women Of The Year Awards was held on Tuesday night @ Berkeley Square Gardens in London, England. Singer Estelle arrived wearing a white and black Stella McCartney Spring 2009 dress and Nicholas Kirkwood peep-toe pumps. Model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley always looks her best at every red carpet appearance. She wore head-to-toe Gucci Fall 2009. Actress Becki Newton looked fab in a pearl string detailed black strapless dress and black heels. Model Alexa Chung, who’s set to host her own show on MTV, was one of my fave dressed on the carpet that night. She wore a nude dress and black and white Chanel open-toe booties.

Other well-dressed celebs at this event include Fearne Cotton, Katy Perry, Abigail Clancy, and Amanda Seyfried.
