Supermodel, Selita Ebanks, attended last night’s New Yorker’s for Children Fall Gala, where she served as vice chair of the event. Selita, who works very closely with this charity, was also in the foster care system as a young child. It’s amazing to see how far she’s come. She looked absolutely gorgeous, and was def my first candidate for best dressed at the event.

While browsing the latest issue of Elle, I came across this Express ‘Hit the Road’ campaign ad featuring Ciara. She looks awesome; sporting a rockstar-diva ensemble complete with chains, spikes, skinnies, and fierce high heel boots.
“I have a bit of a tomboy in me, but I can also be ultra-feminine. My style is always evolving, and I love taking risks with fashion…but I’d never take risks on the road.”
- Ciara
* All clothing featured is Express: fitted white tank, $16.50; black sequin vest, $88 (available in October); Zelda skinny jeans in black cloud, $79.50

Style diva, Rihanna Fenty, attended last night’s 3rd Annual DKMS Gala, at Cipriani 42nd St, in Manhattan, NY. To the event, she wore a head-to-toe ensemble from the Louis Vuitton Fall 2009 collection. The only thing not Louis Vuitton was her edgy 3-spike ring, which I’m assuming is from one of her fave designers, Phillip and David Blond (The Blonds), whose designs she’s worn during many performances.

Fifth Avenue just got a little bit more Posh. Giorgio Armani — with the help of some very famous friends– opened his new store on Manhattan’s Fifth Avenue last night. Victoria Beckham, Leonardo DiCaprio, Alicia Keys, John Mayer, Olivia Palermo, Chace Crawford, Solange Knowles, Zoe Saldana, Molly Sims, January Jones and more braved the cold to take in Armani’s new four-level, 40,000 square-foot concept store offering every Armani brand. “It’s amazing,” Beckham gushed. “I just got here, but it looks really great.” But don’t expect to see Posh at too many more Fashion Week events. “I have to leave here tomorrow and go home.” She explains, “It’s [Cruz's] birthday. He said, ‘It’s my birthday after Fashion Week’. I’m training him well.” DiCaprio slipped in towards the end of the cocktail party, but right on time for the private dinner Armani hosted for a handful of friends at the new Armani/Ristorante, the first of its kind in the United States. The night, however, was not just about fashion — the charity designer announced his donation of $1 million to the Fund for Public Schools to benefit N.Y.C. school children, which Caroline Kennedy was on hand to accept. Now that’s fashion that cares.

Gwyneth, Diane, Kelly & More Shop for a Cause with Tod’s

What could be more chic than a glamorous lunch at the Seinfelds’ estate in Long Island? Toss in stars, charity and shopping for coveted purses, and the answer is not much! Jessica Seinfeld, wife of Jerry, hosted the chic luncheon under a cream-colored canvas tent on their sprawling lawn with Derek Lam, the Creative Director at Tod’s, the luxury accessories and clothing company. High-wattage guests — including Gwyneth Paltrow, Diane Kruger, Kelly Ripa and Alexandra Wentworth — dined on grilled shrimp and Maine lobster salad — then shopped in the Seinfelds’ 200-year-old barn for boots, coats and bags from the Tod’s fall collection, with a portion of the proceeds from the guests’ purchases going to Baby Buggy, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing New York City’s families in need with essential equipment, clothing, and products for their infants and young children. Kruger and Paltrow bought black cashmere trench coats, while Ripa put in an order for a “Pashmy” baby bag (which new mommies Nicole Kidman, Jennifer Lopez and Jessica Alba also want for their little ones). Paltrow says she is more than happy to give Baby Buggy all the baby items her children outgrow. “We give Baby Buggy all our stuff,” she told PEOPLE, “Strollers, car seats, clothes, toys.” So some unsuspecting tot is riding around in Gwyneth Paltrow’s carseat? “Well,” she laughed. “Not my carseat. Apple’s carseat!”
