While attending last night’s “About Face” book launch party in NYC, Jennifer Lopez was photo’d in a Louis Vuitton Spring 2009 black strapless mini and a pair of Christian Louboutin “Annees Folles” pumps. Back in December of ‘08, supermodel Heidi Klum rocked the same black mini dress, paired with a FAB pair of Louis Vuitton heels.

On April 28th, Heidi Klum arrived at “The LG Rumorous Night” launch party at the Andaz Hotel in West Hollywood wearing a one-shouldered black Thomas Wylde babydoll dress, disguising her baby bump. She wore black and silver Giuseppe Zanotti Special Edition Crystal Strap Sandals to add some edge to her look. Over the weekend, Calvin Klein spokeswoman, Eva Mendes, attended the Cartier 100th Anniversary in America Celebration in New York wearing an all-over sequined Fall 2009 Azzaro dress. Her look was completed with a gold version of the same Giuseppe heels.
* The heels are fierce either way, so for me, I have to give it to the best dressed — Eva!

Watching Eva on the red carpet tonight, as she posed red strapless Reem Acra gown, allowed me to see how gorgeous she really is. It could’ve been for the built-in undergarments, but she still looked amazing, and thus, she is one of my best dressed of the night. I’m on the fence with my decision of liking Heidi’s James Galanos dress choice, or not. It looks to party-ish, but hey — she’s Heidi, and Heidi makes everything look good! Now for Kyra Sedgwick, I’m disappointed. This Oscar de la Renta gown does absolutely nothing for her figure. The cobalt blue L’Wren Scott gown she wore to last year’s SAG Awards was ten times better!

You would think the pressures of being a super-model, wife, mother of three, tv-host, co-designer, and a millionaire, would take its toll on such a pretty face, but Heidi Klum (age 35) doesn’t look a day over 28. She even has the body to match! Though you can usually catch her in jeans and a designer top on her hit show ‘Project Runway’, Heidi is all about luxe designers when it comes to red carpet events.

Events: Ciara @ the New Victoria’s Secret Lexington Avenue Flagship Store Opening

My love, Ciara, attended VS’s grand opening of their Lexington Ave store, in New York City. She looked amazing (minus the boots) and I love this Polaroid pic! A while back, I posted a story saying that the 5 foot, 7 inches tall singer had signed a modelling contract with Wilhelmina modelling agency, and Victoria’s Secret was listed as a possibility, so maybe her attendance at this event is a confirmation.
At the event, Heidi Klum looked amazing in her strapless black mini-dress and fierce heels, all from Louis Vuitton’s Spring ‘09 Collection. Miranda Kerr wore a played out Hervé Leger bandaged dress with Christian Louboutin pumps. Chanel Iman looked super-sweet in a pair of grey patent leather Burberry Prorsum heels. A few other VS Angels were there, but Selita Ebanks looked the best in her strapless chiffon Erin Fetherston dress!
