Monday’s 2009 Whitney Museum Gala was a star-studded event. The gala was held in New York City at the The Whitney Museum of American Art, and mostly everyone was dressed in Donatella Versace’s designs. Atendees included Mischa Barton, Shakira, Taylor Momsen, Lindsay Lohan, Jennifer Hudson, Lake Bell, Chanel Iman, and more.

Lindsay Lohan looks amazing in next month’s issue of the ELLE UK publication. Donned in all black, leather over-the-knee boots, and studs, I think it’s safe to stamp this editorial FIERCE! Seriously, if it were anyone else wearing black and long tussled hair I’d probably not care as much, but I am a huge Lindsay supporter. Yeah, she may not make the greatest decisions in her personal life, career, and fashion sense, but if we can forgive Britney, Paris, and Nicole [Richie], why can’t we give LiLo another chance?!

LOL. I sound like some sort of activist!

After practically every blog on the web posted photos of best buds Katy Perry & Rihanna posing with some pretty cool looking lollipops at a concert after party in NYC, I know many of you have been wondering the same as myself — what kind’a lollipops are those?! They’re Couture Lollipops by the popular candy company, Sugar Factory.

Both Rihanna + Lindsay Lohan were spotted yesterday in New York City — separate, of course. Rihanna attended a special event at the Carol’s Daughter Hand And Foot Spa. Despite being the biggest thing in celebrity gossip these days, with her numerous rumored hook-ups (with rapper Drake, Lakers center Andrew Bynum, and Rashard Lewis of the Orlando Magics) and a subpeona to appear and testify in court against Chris Brown in a few days, the songstress still manages to look amazing. Suprisingly still sporting that wind-blown peacock-chicken-feather hair-do, Rihanna stepped out wearing a black hawk wool blazer by Preen, ALC twisty dress with rouched skirt detail, and a $210 Fallon mixed chain necklace that features faux white pearls, a rhinestone chain, and a leather barbed wire chain. Her look was completed with blue CoverGirl Perfect Blend eyeliner in cobalt blue, glossed lips, and navy blue polka dot peep-toe pumps. Minus the red fingernail polish, I think she looks fantastic. Ugghhh. And those legs…

So it seems as soon as I thought to myself – “This Matthew Williamson Spring 2009 dress is lovely, but seeing it on 3 people is enough” — Lindsay Lohan popped up at Matthew Williamson’s New York store opening on Sunday, wearing the same thing. I mean seriously?! If you’re gonna try to pull off the same look, after so many other celebs have been spotted wearing it already, the least you could do is top one of them! But, she didn’t. She failed. Typical.

Anyways. Take your pick. Who do you think wore this Matthew Williamson design best?

Cheryl Cole: worn belted, with pink suede pumps.
Zoe Kravitz: worn with an embellished Matthew Williamson jacket, creme cage sandals, and an orange clutch.
Eva Longoria: worn simple, with gold peep-toe Christian Louboutin heels. (Her hair looks great!)
Lindsay Lohan: worn with black opaque stockings (?), blue-black suede pumps (?), side ponytail (?), and push-up strapless bra (?). She puzzles me.
