Sometimes, I really find myself contemplating the idea of starting a personal blog. There are things I’d like to say, that may or may not be [quote, unquote] professional. One thing would be the fact that I think Angelina Jolie’s style is bland, or wack (as I would usually put it). When she’s not wearing black, she’s wearing something close to it, or something that totally washes out her already pale skin. She bores me.

But, blah blah blah! I was actually surprised to see her wearing this black strapless Michael Kors Fall 2009 dress. She looks good! Christina Ricci was most def my fave on the carpet, as she posed in this red-on-red polka dot mini dress and super high Christian Louboutin patent pumps. Diane Kruger, who co-stars alongside Angelina’s husband Brad Pitt in the upcoming movie, wore an exclusive Atelier Versace dress made of beading and crystals. Maria Menounos was of course my second best dressed. She looks absolutely fab in this créme and sequined design from the Fall 2009 Haute Hippie.

If you haven’t already planned on seeing Inglourious Basterds, it’s time for you to pencil it in. The movie is going to be amazing, and Brad Pitt’s performance is phenomenal — as usual!

Last night, a slew of fashionable females came out for the New York premiere of “Valentino: The Last Emperor.” The event took place in the Roy and Niuta Titus Theater, at the Musuem of Modern Art. The first person I noticed on the red carpet was Victoria’s Secret Angel, Selita Ebanks, who wore a revealing Balmain LBD with silver embellishments and zippers placed all around, paired with black T-strap heels. Shoshanna Lonstein, designer of the clothing line Shoshanna, wore a baby pink Valentino dress, matched with black accessories. I really think NY socialite, Tinsley Mortimer, is my fave dressed at this event! She stood out in a strapless fuchsia dress, which she surprisingly paired with black and green patent leather accessories (Samantha Thavasa clutch; Jimmy Choo Corsica Sandals). I would have never thought these colors would look so great together! Anne Hathaway was kind’a boring compared to the others, mainly because she’s lacking so much color. But, I still love her in this one-shouldered Valentino dress. (…Mad she wore all white shoes with an all white dress!)

Wearing the biggest red carpet trend tonight, were actresses Anne Hathaway, Maggie Gyllenhaal, and Maria Menounos. Anne wore an embellished navy blue gown from Armani Privé, Maggie wore a one-shouldered blue leopard-print Lanvin gown, and Maria followed suit right behind her, wearing another blue one-shouldered creation.

- Kate: She looks very casual-chic in her Chloe neutrals, and brown wedges.
- Alesha: I love her entire look from the feathered Julian Macdonald frock, to her black booties, and opaque tights.
- Ashley: Ashley looks amazing in her red vintage David Fielden dress, and Manolo Blahnik heels!
- Maria: I love the style and detailing of her strapless LaRok dress — she added Jimmy Choo pumps and Neil Lane jewelry to complete the look.

I did a spread on ‘fab celeb closets’ back in December.

*Lots of F101 readers messaged me about it, saying they loved it, and so did I. So, I decided to do another one, with more female celebs…[and yeah -- Mariah and Kimora again]…

Eva Longoria Parker

The 133-square-foot master closet in Eva Longoria Parker’s L.A. home is full of gorgeous gowns, shoes, shirts, and a coveted Hermes hot-pink crocodile Birkin bag. Taking a glance through her impressive shoe collection she calls her Christian Louboutin espadrille wedges “a beautiful pain” (she sprained her ankle wearing them in Paris) and says she has “always dressed for comfort”, which is easily confirmed by the 50 pairs of jeans and more than one pair of Ugg boots. “Tony loves me in Uggs. He says, ‘Wear your Hugs, honey’, that’s how he pronounces it with his French accent.”
